There are several factors contributing to a city's glamor factor: Wealth, chic restaurants, chic fashion, and fabulous homes. Several cities in the United States come to mind:
New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and San Francisco. Boston? Nope. Omaha? ARE you kidding???
