Oriental Lily
Nestled in my front garden between the Shasta daisies and the lithrum, is a wonderful Oriental Lily. I bought this bulb years ago at the Philadelphia Flower Show, and it is more beautiful every year... The fragrance is so heavenly.

Articulture
Yesterday at the Philadelphia Flower Show, whimsical constructions made of flowers were in abundance. I make my yearly pilgrimage, knowing that I will see fabulous displays, practical applications for the home, as well as horticultural-based gifts and tools.
In a tribute to art, floral creations provided interpretations of Calder mobiles and paintings by Mondrian, Kandinsky, Van Gogh, Monet, etc.
The show is up through Saturday. And it smells like the perfume of Spring!

Patsie

Very Austin Powers! |
It smelled lovely and the marketplace had an astounding array of goodies for purchase. The vendors sell items that one cannot find anywhere else.
