Oriental Lily

Nestled in my front garden between the Shasta daisies and the lithrum, is a wonderful Oriental Lily. I bought this bulb years ago at the Philadelphia Flower Show, and it is more beautiful every year... The fragrance is so heavenly.

Tulips and Tomatillos

Tulips and Tomatillos has a fresh colorful vibe.  It was painted quickly on a navy blue stained canvas. That color remains as an outline around the tulips.  I love a good outline!! And I enjoy the ultra-bright coloration of the tulips.

Daffodils with Red Onion

Another iris painting. I admit that irises and orchids are among my fave flowers. They are so complex!
If I were lazy, I would be painting a four leaf clover. Or better yet, three leaf clovers!

It was not easy. For sale, 16 x 12", oil.

More contemporary art: The Vendue

Most of the art in this show was figurative, with a twist, of the human figure.  It was all so well executed. Curated in house from local galleries, the shows are theme based.
