Dear Imaginary Friends,

If you have ever been to Greece, perhaps you have seen many blue painted window shutters and doors. They say that Greece has the bluest water in the world, and I am inclined to believe it, having cruised  through the Greek Isles last Fall.  What is Greece all about? Color and colorful people. This painting brings back happy memories of a slow pace of life and my enjoyment thereof.

The New Struggle with the Painting Process

Dear Imaginary Friends,

Now that my home painting commission is done, I am back at work on another unfinished project, a painting that has gone through many torturous changes. The next thing that I plan to change is the perspective on this table. It just looks all wrong to me.

On the plus side, I like the composition, and the color harmonies, although perhaps my pink is too bright.

Patsie and Teresa

Dear Art Friends,

Here I am with the very talented and pretty Teresa Oaxaca, painting up a storm, while posing in front of two of Teresa's paintings. The painting on the floor is done by another person in the class; it is not ours.

Teresa dresses very creatively. She has style going on. I like the fact that she has created her own look. When artists wear berets, it really bugs me. They need to come up with something a little more today!

And how am I coming up with a new look? Errr...... Long hair?? Blue rubber gloves??
